Message d'Erreur - Second Life n'est pas accessible depuis cet ordinateur

Bien qu'il n'y ait aucune raison valable à cela, il est possible que vous ayez le message "second life cannot be accessed from this computer" (Second Life n'est pas accessible depuis cet ordinateur) lorsque vous tentez de vous connecter avec Phoenix.

Si cela est possible, pourriez-vous vous connecter avec Phoenix, puis attacher le journal (logs) au JIRA ci-dessous. Nous espèrons obtenir rapidement la correction de cette erreur, cela nous y aidera.

Dans leurs emplacements par défaut, les dossiers SecondLife et logs sont cachés sur la plupart des systèmes d'exploitation. Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés. (Windows)

Accédez au dossier :

• Depuis Phoenix : Préférences (Ctl-P) → onglet Réseau → cliquez sur le bouton 'Open' sous 'Chat Log File Location'
• Depuis votre ordinateur : suivre le chemin d'accès conventionnel (tout système)

Compressez l'ensemble du dossier 'logs' :

• Windows : clic droit sur ​​le dossier, envoyer, fichier compressé zip
• Linux : tar-cjvf "Phoenix_logs.tar.bz2" ~ / .secondlife / logs /

Attachez le fichier compressé dans le JIRA en allant sur le bouton "More Action" en haut de la page JIRA et sélectionnez "Attach File"

Hi , we understabd you are getting a "second life cannot be accessed from this computer" message when trying to login with Phoenix, even though there is no valid reason. If possible could you attempt to login with Phoenix, and then attach a log on the jira lin below. Hopefully we can get this sorted out soon.

In its default location, the logs folder is hidden on most OSs. To find it, you will need to show hidden folders.
Find the Phoenix settings folder:
o Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings[YOUR USERNAME]\Application Data\SecondLife\
o Windows Vista: C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\
o Windows 7: C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\
o Mac: /Users/[YOUR USERNAME]/Library/Application Support/SecondLife/
o linux: ~/.secondlife/
This folder contains a folder called Logs (or logs on linux). Compress all the files in that folder:
o Windows.. right click on the folder, send to , compressed zip file
o Linux: tar -cjvf "Phoenix_logs.tar.bz2" ~/.secondlife/logs/
Attach the compressed file to the JIRA by going to the button at the top of the JIRA page and select "Attach File"
